Don Falgoust

VP of Food & Beverage Strategy & Execution
Re-joined Remington in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in the hospitality business. Don is responsible for the strategic guidance and direction for new and existing concepts and works in tandem with the design and development teams. His experience on the ownership side provides Don with a rare ability to integrate with our current and future ownership partners, delivering optimum performance and the ability to develop unique concepts rivaling the most relevant free-standing venues in a given market.
 
Prior to joining Remington Don served as VP of Food and Beverage for FelCor Lodging Trust and RLJ Lodging Trust, which was acquired FelCor. He has held corporate, multi-unit and, executive F&B positions with Hyatt, Starwood, and InterContinental Hotels as well as James Beard award winning independent restaurants.
