In this position, she oversees efforts across the enterprise to attract, retain and develop a guest-centric team to continue growth. She also ensures company culture, mission and values are embedded throughout the organization.
Most recently, Amanda was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as the Vice President of People and Culture for the Americas. In this role she, was responsible for the human resources function for hotels across North America, South America, Canada and the Caribbean, and her responsibilities include driving the talent strategy key in supporting the company's growth, thriving through industry cycles, and evolving the company's position as a great place to work and grow for all.
Prior to Four Seasons, Amanda was Vice President, Talent Management and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer where she championed creating an exceptional work environment and employee experience for The Michaels Companies, Inc., a specialty retailer that operates 1,275 stores in the US and Canada. She was responsible for leading programs designed to attract, hire, develop, and retain the best talent for the company. Some of her accomplishments include opening international offices in China and Hong Kong and spearheading efforts resulting in the company being certified as a Great Place to Work.

Joined Remington in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in operations and revenue management. Most recently, Raul was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management for Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Prior to Crescent, Raul held several senior level positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hersha Hospitality Management.

Joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry focused on the acquisition and development of properties all over the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and then Executice Vice President of Business Development, Keith's main focus was to expand Remington's third party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners. Keith was promoted to Chief Development Officer in May 2023
Prior to joining Remington, Keith held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on the capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out of new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
Joined Remington in June 2005 as General Counsel and has primary responsibility for all legal functions related to the management of 80+ hotels around the United States. These responsibilities include contract review and negotiation, litigation and risk management, employment and HR matters, licensing and permitting, corporate structuring and compliance, intellectual property matters and managing a department of legal support professionals.
Prior to joining Remington, Jim was a partner at Peckar & Abramson (FKA Ford, Nassen & Baldwin, PC), served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Balfour Beatty Construction (FKA Centex Construction Company), and also served as the Chief Administrative Officer with management and oversight responsibility for risk management, human resources and general administration.

Prior to Remington, Jason was the Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality. Preceding Magna, Jason spent 15 years at Pyramid Hotel Group where he held various leadership roles, including over 4 years as Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, he oversaw 50+ hotels that included responsibility for the lifestyle/independent division of hotels along with other full and select service properties under top lodging brands throughout the U.S.

Gilbert was promoted in 2013 to Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the Marriott portfolio, and, in 2017, he was promoted to Divisional Vice President of Sales and Revenue for the Independent and IHG hotel collection. Gilbert has been in his current role as Divisional Vice President of Revenue Strategy since 2018 overseeing all of Revenue Strategy and the Group Housing.

Prior to Remington, Brian launched his career at CohnReznick, a top 15 national accounting, tax, and business advisory firm known for its expertise in real estate, before moving into private equity where he prepared startup companies for an initial public offering or private equity exit. He was a member or accounting lead on teams that have successfully completed a SPAC merger, S-1 filing, and private equity exit.
Joined Remington in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Operations and is a 35 year industry veteran with experience in most of the major branded hotels.
Prior to Remington, Joe had international corporate leadership experience, primarily with Marriott branded hotels, of which 10 years were spent in Asia Pacific and Russia.

Joined Remington in March 2017 as VP of Human Resources and was responsible for overseeing HR field operations with a focus on labor & associate relations, recruiting, transitions and compensation initiatives. Johnny was promoted to SVP of Human Resources in May of 2022.
Prior to Remington, Johnny spent 18 years with Starwood Hotels in various positions such as Director of Human Resources at the Sheraton Bal Harbour, Area Director of Human Resources for Florida and the Caribbean, and for Texas, Kansas, and Missouri. Johnny also held the Corporate Director of Human Resources role as part of the Ethics and Compliance team supporting properties in NAD, CALA, and EAME.
Joined Remington in September 2016 as Director of Benefits & HRIS, was promoted to Vice President in September 2018, and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Total Rewards in May of 2022. Dan is responsible for overseeing the human resources information system and compensation for our Remington, Ashford, and Premier portfolio companies as well as benefits, wellness, and compliance for the Ashford family of companies.
Prior to Remington, Dan worked in hospitality and retail overseeing benefits, systems, and compliance for operations in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
Joined Remington Hotels in 2022 with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he was Head of Real Estate for The Demex Group, an Insurtech company offering custom weather hedging solutions for hotels and other operating businesses.
Previously, Dan was a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield's Hospitality Group. During his 16 years at Cushman, he worked with multiple teams including the Equity, Debt and Structured Finance (EDSF) Group, where he assisted in all aspects of the practice including origination, structuring and marketing of commercial real estate, and lodging debt and equity finance transactions. During his tenure at Cushman, he also led the Hospitality Tax Group, and worked in the Valuation & Advisory Hospitality and Gaming Group.
Earlier in his career, Dan worked for Prism Hotels, opening their New York office and growing their management and receivership platforms. He also co-founded Black Birch Advisors, a real estate consultancy advising institutional clients on how to drive savings across expense categories.
