Our associates are the heart and strength of our business so we STRIVE to provide benefit options that protect their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing so they can THRIVE. We have best in class programs and partners. Our benefits program is divided into three sections:

All of our programs can be accessed with convenient apps. Our Strive2Thrive program utilizes social media as a way to further engage with our associates. In 2020, the Federal Government finalized the "Transparency in Coverage" Rule, which requires health insurers and group health plans to provide cost-sharing data to consumers. This data will provide price comparison tools that include negotiated payment rates and charges for items, services, and prescription drugs.
